Meet Josh
Most career advice comes from people who never had to make the decisions they’re teaching. I became a C-suite Vice President of a billion-dollar company at 32 years old — after building credibility in data, risk, and leadership where outcomes actually mattered.
I began my academic career at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Statistics. That training shaped how I approach leadership and problem-solving: with rigor, clarity, and a refusal to rely on intuition when evidence is available.
I continued my education at Northwestern University, where I earned my Certified Healthcare Insurance Executive (CHIE) designation, gaining a deep understanding of how large, regulated organizations operate — and how senior leaders are expected to think within them.
By trade, I’m an Actuary. Early in my career, I was recognized by actuarial-lookup.com as one of the 50 fastest individuals in the world to earn Associateship in the Society of Actuaries. That achievement reflected not just technical ability, but the discipline to master complexity quickly and apply it under real pressure.
In 2025, I was inducted into the prestigious Marquis Who’s Who in America, a distinction awarded to individuals who demonstrate sustained achievement and leadership in their field.
Today, I coach high-performing professionals who are navigating growth, inflection points, and the unspoken rules of senior leadership. My approach is analytical, direct, and grounded in lived executive experience — not theory, not motivation, and not platitudes.
I don’t coach from the sidelines. I coach from experience — having earned credibility early and operated where decisions truly count.
What Sets Us Apart
Proven Process
If you have aspirations to move up the corporate ladder, work with someone who has done it themselves. Many career coaches never became VPs—or did so only after decades in the workforce. Learning from someone who has navigated the path gives you clearer, more relevant guidance.
Long-Term Relationships
Josh believes the best career outcomes come from long-term relationships, staying engaged with clients over time to provide perspective, accountability, and support as challenges and opportunities arise.
Flexibility
No two careers - or people - are the same. While Josh brings a proven process to every engagement, he doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Your goals, constraints, personality, and context shape the work you will do together.
